Amazon Fresh

My first trip into the physical store. We needed to return some items and pick up a few things. The parking lot and store are very clean. Friendly staff. There were some bare areas on some of the shelves. They have a lot of ready to eat items to choose from. The salad bar and hot food bar were stocked with delicious looking choices. They have all the typical grocery store items in a high-tech store. There are 2 shopping options. #1 You scan your phone and then start shopping. The app will keep track, and when you're done, you just walk out. All will be taken care of through the app. #2 We chose to utilize a cashier, which was a great choice! Our cashier scanned some coupons from a paper she had and saved us $10.00! I should have gotten her name. She was awesome.

Title: Room for Essential Improvements in the Amazon Fresh Store Rating: ★★★ I have been shopping from the Amazon Fresh store for quite a while now. Its convenience, speed and efficiency have truly revolutionized my grocery shopping experience. Having a wide variety of products to choose from and being able to purchase them from the comfort of my own home are perks I highly appreciate. However, I can't help but express some concerns about the process of selecting items. While the shoppers are generally reliable in picking my items, there have been numerous occasions when the chosen products did not meet my specific standards and preferences. For instance, I value the freshness and quality of my produce, but sometimes I end up receiving fruits and vegetables that are bruised, overripe or not fresh. Sometimes fruits that are nowhere near ready to be eaten. This issue could easily be mitigated if there was a feature that allowed direct communication with the shopper – something akin to what Instacart offers with their “message your shopper” feature. As the customer, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to guide the shopper's decisions in alignment with our respective tastes and preferences. Moreover, being able to keep track of the shopping progress and making real-time changes or suggestions would undeniably enhance the overall shopping experience to a whole new level.
